We’re delighted to welcome customers in more than 300 homes today following an acquisition from One Housing Group.
The properties, which include 322 homes, 36 car park spaces and five freehold homes, are in Slough and St Albans.
“I’m delighted to welcome our new customers to Paradigm today” says Matthew Bailes, Chief Executive of Paradigm.
“Our five-year Corporate Plan sets out our ambition to be larger and more local – that is, we want to own and manage more homes while working in fewer areas.
“This will allow us to deliver better and more efficient services to our customers and help us perform better as a business. It will be easier and more cost-effective for us to build really strong partnerships with local organisations which can help us support more vulnerable customers and reduce the time we spend travelling between repair jobs.”
The acquisition from One Housing Group follows a stock swap in March 2021 which saw Paradigm take 1,338 homes from The Guinness Partnership, mainly in the Wycombe, Welwyn Hatfield and Milton Keynes areas, and transfer 1,133 homes in Hillingdon and Hounslow to Guinness.
