In this month’s newsletter, we included lots of information to help you prevent damp and mould, and included advice on what to do if you have damp and mould in your homes.

Grateful families are delighted they are still able to move into our homes, thanks to new processes we have put in place to ensure staff and customers stay safe.
We are taking pictures and videos of our empty homes, allowing people to do ‘virtual’ viewings so we don’t have to do a physical handover. Residents can also sign their tenancy agreements remotely using DocuSign.
We know that some people are living in accommodation that isn’t suitable and are delighted we can still help move them into the homes they really need.
We are continuing to accept nominations from local authorities and let 52 properties during April.
