Your views matter

Posted on the 30th May 2019

Thank you to everyone who took part in our Customer Satisfaction survey last year. We had an excellent response with 1,038 tenants and 253 homeowners taking part. We are now using your feedback to make improvements across a number of the services that you told us matter most to you.

As part of our on-going commitment to seek your views, we will be asking residents to take part in a further short telephone feedback survey.

Why are we doing this?
The purpose of this survey is for us to ensure that we have an on-going measure of how happy you are with the services we provide. The feedback will help us to understand whether the changes we are putting in place are improving your experience.

Who will be conducting the survey?
We’ve asked an independent research partner, Voluntas, to undertake this research on our behalf. The responses from this survey will not be shared with any other organisation or used for marketing purposes. Voluntas are a professional company who follow the guidance of the Market Research Society.

When will the survey be carried out?
Voluntas will be calling a sample of residents throughout June 2019 – March 2020. They will survey between 10am to 8pm on a Monday-Friday and 10am to 2pm on a Saturday using an outbound telephone number of 0800 077 3572.

Taking part in the survey is completely voluntary, but we do encourage you to give us your feedback so that we can use the results to improve the services that we provide.
