A year on from gaining Disability Confident Committed status, weu2019re delighted to share that we have been accredited as a Disability Confident Employer.

A disability-confident employer supports disabled people in fulfilling their potential in the workplace, removing barriers for disabled people with long-term health conditions to gain and maintain employment. It also means that as a business we challenge attitudes and increase understanding of disability, creating a more inclusive working environment where everyone feels they belong.

Recent actions include installing an accessibility tool on our website and publishing our guide to reasonable adjustments for colleagues.

Weu2019ll be working on ensuring colleagues are confident in having conversations about reasonable adjustments and ensuring that weu2019re gathering insights and feedback from colleagues to drive further improvements.
