Buying more shares in your home

As a shared-owner with Paradigm you have the option to buy further shares of your home until you own 100%, but this may be subject to the terms of your lease. Buying further shares is known as ‘staircasing’. You can purchase further shares from a minimum of 10% and your rent will be reduced to reflect the share you own.
