If you see an error message after making a payment through the Secure Card Portal, please don’t try to pay again straight away. Your payment may still have gone through, so please check your bank account before attempting another payment.
Raise an enquiry
Please do not use the ‘Raise an Enquiry’ option in the portal at the moment. Enquiries submitted this way are not currently reaching our Contact Centre.
