What options are available to me?

Are you looking for a new home but aren’t sure where to start?

Well, you’ve come to the right place. Below, you can find out the different types of homes that we offer across the 16,000 properties we manage.

Most of our properties are general needs housing – that means they are for people who don’t have any support needs. We also have a number of supported housing properties for people who need support over and above the usual housing management service we provide.

Shared ownership is a great way to a foot on the property ladder. You can buy a share in your home and pay rent to us for the rest.

If you’re interested in a shared ownership property, please visit our SettleParadigm Sales website.

Our Foyer in Welwyn Hatfield is home to around 50 single homeless people aged 16 to 24 and provides temporary supported housing.

The Foyer is also home to our Small Steps project, which provides specialist support and accommodation for eight single parents and their children.

We aim to help all residents realise their full potential by building self-esteem, developing life skills and providing a supportive environment where they can thrive. A key focus at the Foyer is providing support to access training employment and education.

The Foyer operates a waiting list and accepts referrals from any agency but Welwyn Hatfield District Housing Department refers most people.

Lea Bridge House in Walthamstow, London, is our hostel for single homeless people over 25 with low support needs. We have 229 rooms at Lea Bridge, and referrals come through local agencies.
