Our offices will close at 3pm on 24 December. They will reopen at 8am on 2 January 2025.
In an emergency (when there is an immediate health and safety risk to you or your home, or the structure of your home has been damaged), please call our usual number, 0300 303 1010, and you will be redirected to our out-of-hours service, who will be able to arrange the help you need.
If you have an open ASB (antisocial behaviour) case with us, please continue to record evidence using the ASB App and we will review it when we reopen in January.
