We will of course still be available for you to raise emergency repair requests during this period. To report an emergency repair, please call 0300 303 1010.
Emergency repairs include:
- no heating or hot water which we will respond to within 24 hours
- a flood or an uncontainable leak
- a situation that is posing a health and safety risk to you and your family
- complete blockage to the only toilet in your home.
If you can smell gas or suspect a gas leak, please call Cadent on 0800 111 999.
If you experience a total loss of power or water supply, please contact your local provider in the first instance.
If you have a fire in your home, please dial 999 immediately and when you are able to, please contact us for support.
