At Paradigm, we’re committed to fairness, inclusion, and transparency and this year’s gender pay gap report shows we’ve made even further positive progress against these commitments.
For the first time, our average (mean) gender pay gap favours women, and for the third year running, our median pay gap also shows women earning more than men. This reflects our ongoing efforts to support equality at all levels of the organisation.
This year, we’ve also taken an important step by incorporating ethnicity pay gap reporting. While this isn’t yet required by law, we believe it’s the right thing to do. The results show a median pay gap of 0% between ethnic groups, with a small mean gap of 3.5% in favour of white and white minority employees.
We know there’s still more to do. That’s why we’re continuing to review our recruitment practices, promote flexible working, and encourage career development for everyone. We’re proud of our progress, and we’re committed to doing even more.
