This week we welcomed the newest member of our Clerk or Works (CoW) partnership team, Gateley RJA joining Kartar Consulting and Airey Miller.
Our CoW and Employees Agents (EAs) partners are some of the most important you can imagine when it comes to producing high-quality new homes for our customers. They attend weekly and bi-weekly building site visits and inspect the works going on there. They make sure that regulations are followed, materials are up to scratch and build works result in a home we’re proud to pass on. If there are any problems, they let us know and make sure they’re fixed before we take ownership. As such, our CoWs and EAs are key to our success in providing decent new homes to our customers.
We hope to share insights from these partners more over coming months and years to reflect all the hard work that goes in to providing customer with a home they can be proud of.
