Our latest Paradigm Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) report highlights the work we did over 2023-2024 as we strive to further embed equality, diversity and inclusion in all our activities, both with our customers and our employees. Our goal is to ensure our services are accessible to all and that every individual – whether a customer, colleague or stakeholder – feels included and valued.
In this report, we’re particularly proud of our female-leaning gender pay gap figures, our work around neurodiversity, International Women’s Day and Black History Month and the advances we’ve made in accessibility and translation services for our customers.
