Playing our part in solving the housing crisis 

In December of 2023, the Paradigm New Business team closed a total of 323 newly contracted future homes for our customers across five sites throughout our core region.

These newly contracted homes account for 65% of our target for the year completed in just one month, and means we’ll be able to house an extra 323 families and individuals in the near future. 

All sites have homes available for both rent and shared ownership. 

Martyn Jones, Executive Director of Development, has summed up the reasons for this brilliantly: “The reputation of the company overall, combined with the past hard work of the New Business team cannot be understated here. The work the entire company and all our development teams do to generate strong and positive relationships with both developers and local authorities has made all the difference.
