Welcome to Richard Moriarty who has taken over as Chair of our Board, succeeding Julian Ashby who has stepped down after six years in the role.
Richard Moriarty, who is CEO of the UK’s Financial Reporting Council, has spent 30 years in senior roles in the private and public sectors. Previously, he has been CEO of the UK’s Civil Aviation Authority and the Legal Services Board and, earlier in his career, he was an executive director with the Regulator of Social Housing.

My personal lived experience of social housing has given me an appreciation for how, if we get it right, we can make a real difference to our customers’ lives.”
