We would like to make contact with the person/s identified above to make them aware of the reported behaviour and give them an opportunity to comment about the allegations and where appropriate, give them a chance to change their behaviour.
*Please be aware, if you choose No, Lifestone will not reveal your identity to the perpetrator. We will still need to contact you for details of the incident and to record any future incidents. Not disclosing your identity may limit our ability to investigate your report or agree any form of action. While we will not disclose your identity if you do not want us to, we cannot stop people from making assumptions

Our approach
Anti-social behaviour includes a range of behaviours that can have an impact on people who experience it. Our priority is to protect the safety, welfare, and wellbeing of customers or others who are, or who have been affected by, ASB or hate incidents. We will use the tools and powers available to us and collaborate with partner agencies and other statutory bodies to maintain safe communities. This is because we believe that everyone has the right to live in a safe environment and to be able to enjoy their home.

Lifestone will take a person-centred approach and work to prevent ASB. We will consider the impact and harm that ASB is having on individuals and communities. This means that in addition to undertaking enforcement action, we will work proactively with any person found to have carried out mistreatment of others to try and resolve any underlying issues they may also be experiencing.

We will support our staff to deliver the ASB service to the highest standards in line with the promises set out in our ASB Policy and our Customer Care Standards.
