26 September 2024 – Paradigm has revealed the seven firms we selected for our new Employer’s Agents Framework, valued at £4.5 million. The Framework, which spans the next four years, includes a mix of regional specialists and larger multidisciplinary firms chosen for their quality, experience, price, and commitment to social value.
The selected members are:

- Calfordseaden LLP
- Airey Miller Limited
- Rg+p Living Ltd
- Welling Partnership LLP
- Blakeney Leigh Limited
- Philip Pank Partnership LLP.
This Framework is a key part of Paradigm’s commitment to delivering high-quality homes with minimal defects. Martyn Jones, Executive Director of Development and Sales, emphasised the importance of Employer’s Agents in ensuring quality throughout the build process, a crucial factor in achieving Paradigm’s goal of fewer than two defects per home.
Sarah Knight, Assistant Director for Development, added that the selection process was highly competitive, and praised the high calibre of all applications received.
