All of our offices will be closed from Thursday 2 April at 5.30pm until Tuesday 7 April 2026 at 8am.
We will of course still be available for you to raise emergency repair requests during this period.
Emergency repairs include:
– no heating or hot water which we will respond to within 24 hours
– a flood or an uncontainable leak
– a situation that is posing a health and safety risk to you and your family
– complete blockage to the only toilet in your home.
If you can smell gas or suspect a gas leak, please call Cadent on 0800 111 999.
If you experience a total loss of power or water supply, please contact your local provider in the first instance.
If you have a fire in your property, please dial 999 immediately and when you are able to, please contact us for support.
