Keeping your home warm this winter

From 1 November, we’ll be moving to our 24-hour response for homes without heating. If you notice any problems with your heating or boiler, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can help.

If you have no heating, we’ll visit your home within 24 hours of you reporting it. If we can’t fix the problem during the visit, or your boiler needs replacing, we’ll complete the work within 15 days. We’ll provide temporary heaters to keep you warm in the meantime.
