We have just released the results of our resident consultation regarding our proposed merger with Settle. The consultation lasted six weeks and gathered over 800 resident responses in total, with 68 or you also attending an online webinar. We believe this gives us a broad and accurate representation of our residents’ views regarding the proposal, and is helping guide our actions moving forward.
Our consultation captured a lot of detailed information about your most pressing concerns around a potential merger. As such, we’ve also made a list of recommended actions for the Board to consider with the aim of alleviating those concerns, as well as outlining the next steps in the process. These are also listed with our consultation results.
