“My new bathroom has given me my independence back”

When a customer from Amersham called to let us know she needed her bathroom adapted due to her disability, our teams jumped into action.

Our Disabled Facilities Manager and two of our technicians worked with the customer to make sure her new bathroom would be perfect for her.

Here’s what the bathroom looked like before the work started:

“Seb was very helpful when trying to plan the bathroom, which was not straightforward,” said the customer. “James has done an excellent job of the bathroom. His pride in his work and attention to detail was second to none. He has put so much effort and energy into ensuring our bathroom was completed to a high standard.”

Here’s how the bathroom looked once the job was finished:

“Everyone has gone above and beyond for us to have the new bathroom which has given me my independence back. I can’t thank them both enough.”
