Our new Clerk of Works opportunity

Posted on the 9th April 2024

Paradigm aims to provide as many high-quality homes as possible for people who are priced out of the open market. Unlike many housing associations, we exceeded our building target of 400-500 homes a year in 2023-24. We have an A+ stable rating by S&P Global Ratings, and have recently reaffirmed our G1/V1 financial status for 2024-2025. We have also achieved a 2* Best Companies accreditation, two years ahead of target. In 2023-24, 88% of customers were satisfied with the quality of their new homes, and average defects per home came in at just 1.49.

To continue this success, it’s vital we get the support of strong, knowledgeable, and supportive consultants, including Clerk of Work (CoW). Our current CoW framework comes to an end in August 2024, so Paradigm is inviting tenders to set up a new framework for a four-year period with an estimated total value of £2.5 million.

All submissions or communications must run through our electronic tendering system. The tender can be found here and remains open until 14 May 2024. If you believe you’re the partner we’re looking for, please read through the tender and make sure you respond before the deadline! If you’d like to know more about our Development team and our successes, check out our new brochure here.
