  • Invested £52m in repairs and improvements, completing more than 39,000 repairs and replacing over 1,500 key components (kitchens, bathrooms, boilers, windows and more).
  • Secured £4.7m from the Government’s Social Housing Fund to support our energy efficiency programme.
  • Increased the number of homes with an EPC C rating or better to 86%, up from 71% last year.
  • Relet 734 homes to new residents.
  • Reduced average arrears to 2.7%, beating our target.

In total we currently now manage 16,992 homes, resident satisfaction remains strong, with 82% of general needs tenants and 58% of shared owners happy with our services, and 81% satisfied with repairs.

Nicola Ewen, Paradigm Housing Group’s Chief Financial Officer, said: “The Group has maintained focus on its objectives despite the continued challenging operating environment. We have achieved upper quartile performance for resident satisfaction, staff engagement and financial metrics, continued to build new homes and invested significantly in our existing homes. We have upheld our reputation with our regulators, investors and lenders as we maintain our position as a financially robust organisation with substantial liquidity, covenant headroom, unencumbered assets and strong margins which we will bring to the table as we prepare to merge with Settle towards the end of 2025.”
