It is your responsibility to comply with the Animal Welfare Act 2006 and ensure the following: Any fouling in private, communal, and public areas must be cleared up immediately. Your pet should not cause a nuisance to your neighbours. Pet dogs should be restrained on a lead at all times when in communal areas. Pets must not enter childrens play areas. Pets must not cause any damage to your property or any communal areas. A suitable fence or barrier preventing your pet from straying must be in place.
