Residents will shortly receive a letter to confirm their new rent and service charge amounts from April 2026. This letter will tell you how much you will need to pay from April, and will include a breakdown of your updated charges.
The way your rent and service charges are calculated remains the same as previous years, and it is only the amount that has changed. If you would like to work out what your new monthly rent will be, you can use our online rent calculator here.
You can also view your rent and service charge statements at any time, by logging into MyParadigm. You can also call our Customer Service team on 0300 303 1010 to ask for a statement.
