Details of excesses for buildings insurance taken out by your managing agent will be available from them, upon request.
This is included in the monthly service charge you pay. This will be shown as a separate ‘managing agent’ entry. These are variable, which means we provide an estimated amount at the start of the financial year in April, and produce a final amount based on the actual costs at the end of the year. If your spend is more than the estimated cost, your charges will increase next year. If we spend less than the estimated cost, your charge next year will be reduced to reflect the refund amount we give you.
Yes, a copy can be requested from your managing agent.
All of our offices will be closed from Tuesday 15 September at 5:30pm until Thursday 17 September 2026 at 8am while our staff take part in training.
