Rent statements

Shared owners own a proportion of their home, usually paid for through a mortgage, and pay us a subsidised rent on the rest.

Paying your rent is an important part of your lease. Rent is calculated according to the terms in your lease and increases are usually calculated using a formula linked to a published measure of inflation such as the Retail Price Index (RPI) or Consumer Price Index (CPI). The increase is then applied from the following April.

You can view your rent statements at any time by logging on to our secure, online service called myparadigm. The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with statements updated overnight.

To register to use myparadigm you will need a valid email address and your six-digit tenancy reference number.
