Our story started in 1988 when Chiltern District Council transferred its 4,500 homes to a new organisation, called Chiltern Hundreds Charitable Housing Association. In 1999 we became Paradigm Housing, and on 27 October 2025 we merged with Settle and started trading as SettleParadigm. Together, we now own and manage more 30,000 homes across Beds, Bucks and Herts.
We know that house prices in the areas where we work are high, both to buy and rent. We want to help people have a safe, affordable home and we want to deliver excellent services to our customers.
As a charitable organisation, all the money we make goes into building new homes and providing services for customers. The need for homes has never been greater and so we will continue to provide good quality, affordable housing and neighbourhoods where our customers can be proud to live.
