Our Wellbeing@Paradigm approach was established in 2019 and plays an important role in sustaining our healthy workplace. We are proud to have been an early supporter of the ‘Time to Change’ mental health in the workplace campaign and have since trained over 30 mental health first aiders. We keep health and wellbeing at work at the top of our agenda.
Alongside mental, physical and financial health, personal development plays an important role in our wellbeing.
