Our Corporate Plan is ambitious and challenging. It sets out our objectives for 2021-26.
Our vision and plan
Our story started in 1988 when Chiltern District Council transferred its 4,500 homes to a new organisation. We were then called Chiltern Hundreds Charitable Housing Association.
We have grown into Paradigm Housing Group, owning and managing more than 16,000 homes across the South East.
At the heart of our vision is a commitment to provide homes and services our customers can rely on, and that help them to live well.
This means making sure our services are of an excellent standard and that the homes we provide are safe and energy efficient.
The need for affordable homes has never been greater and so we plan to continue to build good quality housing and neighbourhoods where our residents can be proud to live.
