From 1 October 2026, (subject to legal transfer!), Paradigm Housing will become Lifestone Homes as part of bringing Paradigm and Settle together as one organisation.
You’ll start to see our new name and branding appear on our website, social media, letters, emails and other communications.
For most residents, there will be very little change.
What does this mean for you?
- Your tenancy or lease remains the same
- Your legal rights and protections do not change
- The services you receive continue as normal
- You’ll still be able to contact us if you need support.
The main changes you’ll notice are our new name, vans, uniform, and how you contact us.

As part of this change, our contact email address will become ContactUs@Lifestone.co.uk.
Our phone number is staying the same, so you can continue to contact us on 0300 303 1010.
