SettleParadigm publishes first ESG Report

We have published our first integrated Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report, covering the year to March 2026.

Highlights include 83% of homes now rated EPC C or above, £7m invested in retrofit measures across 279 homes, and a new combined emissions baseline of 58,958.59 tonnes CO2e, giving us a robust foundation for future target-setting.

We also met all three of our Sustainability Performance Targets linked to our sustainability financing, independently verified by independent assurance provider DNV, and achieved the Regulator of Social Housing’s highest governance rating (G1).

The report also highlights continued investment in residents and communities, including targeted financial support, community initiatives and work to help residents sustain their tenancies and improve wellbeing.

Looking ahead, SettleParadigm will build on this baseline by developing a phased, costed net zero transition plan during 2026-27, aligned with our target of becoming a net zero carbon organisation by 2050. This will help establish a clear roadmap for reducing emissions across our homes and operations while understanding the investment required to deliver long-term change.

We are also planning to deliver the first phase of our Climate Change Risk Assessment to establish a clear view of our exposure to physical climate risks. Alongside this, we will continue investing in retrofitting our existing homes and strengthening our approach to biodiversity, supply chain sustainability and environmental data quality across the combined organisation.
