As part of SettleParadigm, we are bringing together the strengths and ambitions of both Settle and Paradigm to build a better future for our residents, communities and colleagues.
Each organisation previously had its own strategies aligned to its corporate plan. Now, as a single organisation, we are entering a period of integration. Over the coming months, we will be developing new strategies for SettleParadigm to underpin our future corporate plan.
Many of the priorities from our legacy strategies align closely with our new focus areas, and we will build on these as we shape our future direction.
