Gender and ethnicity pay gap report 2025

Introduction

At Paradigm, we’re committed to fairness, inclusion, and transparency and this year’s gender pay gap report shows we’ve made even further positive progress against these commitments.

While this year shows a small swing in favour of men within the pay gap, it is also the closest we’ve achieved to complete equity across the board since reporting began. This reflects our ongoing efforts to support equality at all levels of the organisation.

We’ve also continued to incorporate ethnicity pay gap reporting. While this isn’t yet required by law, we believe it’s the right thing to do. The results show a mean pay gap of 0% between ethnic groups, with a very small median gap of 0.83% in favour of non-white and non-white minority employees.

We know there’s still more to do. That’s why we’re continuing to review our recruitment practices, promote flexible working, and encourage career development for everyone. We’re proud of our progress, and we’re committed to doing even more.
