Matthew Bailes
Matthew has been our Chief Executive since September 2015, and was previously the Director of Regulation at the Homes and Communities Agency.
Hannah Manyewu
Hannah leads our front line operational services and is our 'customer champion', ensuring our customers are at the centre of service delivery.
Justin McCarthy
Justin is in charge of Property Services. His team is responsible for the repairs and maintenance of our homes.
Nicola Ewen
Nicola leads the finance function for the Group ensuring we have enough money to fund the growth and development of the organisation as well as financial management, controls and accounting for all the financial transactions.
Martyn Jones
Martyn leads the Development team, ensuring we continue to build about 600 good quality, new affordable homes per year for those who need them.
Sarah Nickson
Sarah leads a department delivering Human Resources, Facilities, Communications and General Counsel to the organisation.
Patrick Dawson
Patrick heads our IT function, as well as leading and coordinating our change programme and Business Transformation team.
Ewan Wallace
Ewan leads our governance, legal, risk management, insurance and internal audit functions. He also acts as Company Secretary to the Paradigm Group companies and is our Data Protection Officer.
