Vacancy – Chair of Audit & Risk Committee

We are looking for a new Chair of Audit and Risk.

The Chair of Audit and Risk will be leading a skilled committee to ensure that our approach to business assurance is robust but also enables us to position risk as an opportunity and not simply aversion.

With exceptional chairing skills, you will be comfortable in taking on the challenge of whole committee leadership, as well as appreciating the clarity and nuance of managing stakeholder and executive/non-executive relationships.

With a strong track record in corporate financial management, gained in a substantial organisation, that strategic insight will be backed by a finance qualification.
