Join our Readership Panel!

We are looking to increase the membership of our online Readership Panel. This is an informative and informal way of getting involved and helping us shape our services to all residents.

Purpose:
The purpose of the panel is to make sure any documents for residents are easy to read and understand. Members are invited to comment on documents like letters, policies and strategies within a specific time frame from the comfort of their home.

Documents will be emailed to you on an ad hoc basis, along with some simple questions or scenarios to be considered when reading the document through.

Requirements:

• Access to the internet/ email
• Enjoy proof reading documents
• Someone who is analytical, has good attention to detail and a problem solving approach
• Documents are usually sent to the Readership Panel before they are sent to residents, so you would need to be discreet

Achievements:
The Readership Panel are an integral part of the customer insight and involvement strategy here at Paradigm Housing Group. Members have assisted with policies, advice leaflets and letters for various departments across the organisation, even testing the new portal on our website ahead of going live.
