Our ESG report 2023 is now live

Improving the energy efficiency of our customers’ homes, intensifying our efforts to support customers, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and minimising the impact our business has on the environment – these commitments and our progress against them can be seen in our latest Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report 2022-23.

Some key facts include:

• We helped customers claim £280,000 in benefits they were entitled to, through our partnership with Citizens Advice
• We reduced emissions we are directly responsible for by 4.7% on last year. This is partly due to a reduction in vehicle emissions, with this being the first full year of operating mild-hybrid vans, and closer attention to how works are scheduled and allocated
• We reported a median pay gap of -3.05% in favour of women for the first time.
