24 hour emergencies

Please be advised if you have contacted us in the last 24 hours to report an emergency repair our response times may be slightly longer than usual due to the high demand for our service. If we have raised a 24 hour repair we will be out to you soon.

Call times

Due to the adverse weather conditions we are experiencing a higher volume of call into our contact centre; this may lead to higher waiting times for our customers. Loss of heating or hot water

If you are calling about loss of heating or hot water please see our simple steps which could help prevent or resolve your issue:

Simple prevention steps

There are some simple steps you can take to prevent frozen pipes or restart your boiler.

  1. If your condensation pipe is frozen try pouring warm water over the pipe. This will defrost the ice and allow your boiler to function properly.
  2. Insulate the condensation pipe outside your property to prevent the pipe becoming frozen
  3. Reset your boiler. There will be a reset button on your boiler which may help restart the boiler

If these steps do not work, email our customer service team on CustomerServices.Repairs@ParadigmHousing.co.uk to report your repair.
