Letting Paradigm staff into your home

Posted on the 23rd June 2017

We would like to remind all residents of what to check for before letting a Paradigm employee into your home.

We have heard reports on an individual visiting one of our homes in Victoria Road, Chesham impersonating a Paradigm member of staff.

Tenants should always ask to see a Paradigm identification card, and we will always show you this.

If we are visiting you to complete any repairs, we will be carrying details of the work on a sheet of paper or an electronic device, so you should also ask to see these details.

If you are in any doubt, do not let them in.

You can call our Customer Services Team on 0300 303 1010 and they will be able to confirm if they are genuine callers or not.
