Loss of heating or hot water breakdown appoinments

Thank you once again for your patience during the recent adverse weather conditions. This winter seems to have been a particularly cold one!

We are heading into Spring and finally the warmer weather seems to be on the way.

With this in mind, from 1 April, all loss of heating or hot water breakdowns will be attended to as routine appointments.

We deal with routine appointments in an average of 15 working days.

To report a repair, call 0300 303 1010, option 2 for repairs.
