New year update

Posted on the 6th January 2022

Happy New Year to all our customers from Paradigm Housing Group, we hope you have had a safe and enjoyable break.

We are monitoring the impact of the current wave of COVID-19 infections. So far, despite the nationwide impact, we are continuing to deliver all our services during this busy post-festive period and are making positive progress in reducing the backlog in certain trades.

Although the number of our staff affected by COVID is relatively low at the moment, if they experience a significant increase in infection rates , this may mean that we will need to make changes to our services at short notice. We will keep you informed should anything change.

Your safety is a top priority for us so to remind you of our COVID-19 protocols. If you are due a visit from one of our technicians, please remember to let us know if you or anyone in your household are isolating or have COVID. When in your homes, we continue to follow social distancing guidelines and wear a face covering. Please keep your house well ventilated and go into a different room during the visit. Our technician will contact you before the visit to check all is well and we will also ask again at the door.

We are also aware that you may be experiencing other difficulties at this time, such as financial or wellbeing issues. If you have any concerns, our Customer Service Team are always happy to help with any queries.
