Our latest Annual Reports

We’re delighted to introduce our latest Annual Report to Customers.  

Here are some of the highlights from the last financial year, relating to the services we provide to you:

Our Customer Contact Centre took 180,000 calls. 70% of customers were satisfied with the quality of their new home. 80% overall customer satisfaction target against a target of 82%."
