How do I apply?
If you would like to rent one of our homes, first you’ll need to apply for one.
We do not hold our own waiting lists for properties. Most of our homes are let to people nominated by the council.
Your first step is to register for housing with your local council. Once your application has been accepted, you will be able to bid for available properties that meet your needs. This is known as choice-based lettings and most of our local councils use this process.
If your bid for a Paradigm home is accepted, we will discuss the property details and your circumstances with you, before inviting you to view the home. Please note you will be expected to complete pre-tenancy and affordability checks and you should be able to pay rent one month in advance of starting your tenancy with us.
