We have had an increase in calls from residents reporting potential scams in their local area.
We do occasionally ask specialist companies to carry out work on our behalf, such as checking loft insulation. However, they will send a letter to residents in advance to advise them that Paradigm have instructed them to carry out the inspection.
All our operatives and any contractors we work with will always carry ID and should show this, but if you are unsure you can call our Customer Service team on 0300 303 101 to confirm their identity.
