We are focused on providing an excellent service for our customers. To do this, we want to better understand your needs and are committed to taking your feedback on board. Throughout September we are conducting small discussion groups via video call to give you the opportunity to help us drive the way we deliver services in future.
How can you get involved and have your say?
We would love to hear your thoughts and opinions. If you would like to take part, all you will need is access to a computer or device with a camera for a video call. You’ll also need to feel comfortable sharing your experiences and thoughts within a small group of other Paradigm customers.
The discussion groups will take approximately one hour and anyone who attends will automatically be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win a choice of £50 gift voucher for your selected highstreet/online shop or £50 credited to your Paradigm rent account.
You’ll also need to feel comfortable sharing your experiences and thoughts within a small group of other Paradigm customers.
The groups will be taking place via Microsoft Teams on the following dates and times:

If you would like to take part in one of these discussion groups, please let us know by emailing us with your full name and the date and time you would like to attend. Once you have expressed an interest, you will receive a confirmation email containing further information and joining instructions prior to the event.
