Latest Tenant Satisfaction Measures

We are pleased to be sharing our Tenant Satisfaction Measures for September to December.

These measures represent a cross-section of what our customers think about our services, and we’ve also included some notes on lessons we’re learning and the steps we’re taking to drive improvement for our customers.

We will be publishing these figures every three months. This latest set covers the results from last year and the first three quarters of this year. Later this year, we will also be sharing satisfaction results for the entire year.
