This year we will be having some big conversations with customers on the things that matter to you.

More and more customers are telling us that we listen and that they trust us, but we also know that we have a bit more to do to get it right for everyone.

We will be asking what you want to see changed or introduced and what you want to see more of.  We are about to start one of the biggest transformation programmes in the history of Paradigm and you can influence what happens as a result of the change.

There are lots of ways you can get involved.

We need people to be part of the customer group which oversees the change programme. You can get involved in the conversation by completing surveys, attending events or answering questions.

Everyone has a part to play. Your voice, your priorities, your home. Look out for invitations to events and opportunities to help shape the services you need and deserve coming soon.
