Our new communal cleaning contract

We recently appointed Just Ask Estate Services to take over the communal cleaning on our estates.

Our Estates team went to spend the day with Just Ask in Chobham to meet the new cleaning team in person.

Just Ask are proud to invest in their staff; all will be trained to an industry accredited standard. Our Estates team will be working closely with the new contractor to raise the cleaning standards across all our blocks; deep cleans will make a real difference to this.

All the cleaners out on our Estates will be easily identifiable to our residents, as they will always wear their uniform and carry an ID card.

New schedules will be publicised in blocks over the coming days, although it may take a short time for Just Ask to find their feet, so we are asking residents to have a little patience as we embed the new contract. There is still some recruitment to be undertaken by Just Ask and this is underway.
