This year’s IDA outcome

Posted on the 27th July 2022

We’re delighted that we have retained the highest possible rating (G1/V1) for Governance and Financial Viability by the Regulator of Social Housing, following our recent In-Depth Assessment.

This means that Paradigm meets all governance requirements and has the financial capacity to deal with a wide range of adverse scenarios.

“This is a good result and demonstrates that we are in a strong position to continue to move forward with our five-year Corporate Plan,” says Chief Executive Matthew Bailes. “Our Corporate Plan sets out our drive towards excellent services for customers and ambitious plans to develop new homes for people who need them.

“I’d like to thank everyone for the part they have played in getting us to this position, including our involved customers who continue to help us improve our services.”

Chair of the Board, Julian Ashby, said: “Following on from our strengthened A+ rating earlier this year, this is confirmation that we are in a strong position as we face an uncertain environment.  We will continue to focus on providing excellent customer services and building more homes.”

It is expected that we will be assessed again in three years’ time.
