Aldwyck Housing Group and Paradigm Housing Group today announced they have entered into preliminary discussions with a view to a merger.

Every year there are almost £20 billion unclaimed benefits in the UK. To help people access the financial support that they could be missing out, the national charity Turn2us have identified April as 'Benefits Awareness Month'.
Turn2us hope to help individuals identify the financial support they are entitled to and might not be claiming; whether that be welfare benefits, charitable grants or other available support.

Credit Unions offer a new way to save
Credit Unions are not-for-profit co-operatives, who provide affordable financial services for members of the local community. That means rates to encourage you to save and low interest loans that enable you to borrow only what you can afford to repay.With no shareholders to worry about, their only focus is their members.
Opportunity Fair comes to Hillingdon
TopParadigm will be holding a 'speed dating’ style event on Thursday 15 March in the Barnhill Community Centre, Hayes to help residents get involved with the company. This is the second event of its type held by Paradigm, after a hugely successful Opportunity Fair was staged in 2010.

Paradigm, thanks to PML, produced a fantastic 2012 charity calendar and then sold it to staff, partners and friends raising more than £3,000 for charity.
Winter coat appeal success
TopITV’s Daybreak recently launched an appeal encouraging people to 'Donate a Coat'. This was a nationwide appeal which was widely advertised in the local and national press. Coat donations were collected and distributed by the Salvation Army.
Moves to make subletting a criminal offence
Teants who sublet could face either two years in prison or a fine of up to £50,000 if the Government go ahead with plans to crack down on the subletting of social housing.
Family facing homelessness
TopA family facing eviction from their home just before Christmas found somewhere to live, thanks to Paradigm. Gemma Brannan and her two daughters, Ellie-Jade, 12, and Alana-May, nine, had just two months to move and find a new home they could afford in the local area.
